Job summary

System One, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager III to drive complex HR initiatives across multiple locations including Pittsburgh, Cleveland, Akron, Columbus, Downers Grove. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage scope and risks, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in a technical field (or equivalent work experience) and PMI/PMP certification is preferred. Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or related field or equivalent work experience
• PMI or PMP certification preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, JIRA and SharePoint
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail
• Experience managing HR projects a plus

Responsibilities

• Manages complex HR projects from concept through final implementation and post-project assessment
• Partners with internal project liaisons to acquire resources, assign tasks, direct activities, and control execution
• Tracks and reports progress, analyzes results, forecasts trends, and manages scope changes
• Maintains communications with governing bodies and stakeholders, conveying expectations clearly
