Job summary

55ip seeks a Program Manager in Boston, MA to plan and execute unified go-to-market strategies for key initiatives. You will coordinate across functions, manage dependencies, and drive governance, change management, communications, training, and sales enablement to ensure successful launches.

The role reports to PMO leadership and focuses on end-to-end market rollout, transparency, and delivery of strategic initiatives with strong cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project/program management experience delivering business value through product/platform solutions.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple priorities and risks in ambiguous environments.
• Outstanding organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills in a cross-functional, matrix setup.
• Proven ability to execute operational and change-management activities while balancing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional programs from ideation to launch and post-launch; own plans, risks, decisions and outcomes through closure.
• Facilitate program forums with senior stakeholders to drive decisions and address issues.
• Establish and run launch governance with milestones, readiness reviews, and cutover planning.
• Drive program-level roadmap execution and manage cross-program dependencies and risks.
• Provide ongoing visible program status with executive-ready reporting.
• Maintain roadmaps and ensure change-control hygiene and timely stakeholder communications.
• Design and improve PMO practices and operating-model integration to accelerate strategic delivery.
