Job summary

Peregrine Health is seeking a Project Manager to lead planning and execution of cross-functional initiatives across the organization, owning the integrated project plan and executive reporting that keeps priority work on track.

The role spans coordinating work across Growth, Operations, Compliance, Recruiting, Implementation, Finance, Product, and Marketing to ensure clear scope, milestones, and accountability while maintaining visibility and timely decisions for market launches and multi-site

Qualifications

• Five+ years managing complex, cross-functional projects with multiple workstreams.
• Experience building and managing project plans in a PM platform.
• Strong facilitation to drive decisions and accountability.
• Coordinate work across functions without direct authority.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executives and stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the integrated project plan for multi-partner and multi-site programs.
• Coordinate sequencing of launch activities across partner organizations and sites.
• Maintain visibility across compliance, growth, operations, recruiting, and every workstream.
• Support transitions between funding models as programs move to steady state.
• Establish clear scope, deliverables, timelines, and accountability; track milestones.
• Lead standups, status meetings, and working sessions; prepare agendas and decisions.
• Identify risks and dependencies and escalate issues when appropriate.
• Provide concise weekly executive updates and maintain reporting formats.
