PDS Health seeks a Senior Project Manager, EPMO to drive strategic initiatives across large, complex programs. You will lead cross‑functional teams, manage budgets and schedules, and collaborate with customers and vendors to deliver impactful business solutions.

The role emphasizes governance, risk management, and clear stakeholder communication, with hands‑on mentorship of team members and a focus on achieving ROI and value across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 10+ years relevant experience.
• 7+ years full lifecycle project management experience.
• PMP Certification or demonstrated experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manages large size complex projects or multiple projects of moderate complexity.
• Creates, coordinates, and develops project charters, business cases, technical and architecture specifications, and project plans.
• Manages budgets, resources, schedules and quality to deliver business solutions.
• Ensures project documentation is complete and obtains approvals at each phase.
• Adheres to PMO processes and governance.
• Leads regular project workgroup meetings and communicates progress to stakeholders.
• Manages vendor selection processes and maintains vendor relationships.
• Trains and mentors EPMO team members and other project delivery staff.
