Qualifications

• Five+ years managing complex, cross-functional projects to completion.
• Experience building and managing project plans in a project management platform.
• Strong facilitation to drive decisions and accountability.
• Ability to coordinate work across functions without direct authority.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated project plans for multi-site programs and partners.
• Own the project system of record: workstreams, milestones, owners, due dates, dependencies, status.
• Keep project information current and consistently used by all stakeholders.
• Establish clear scope, deliverables, timelines, and accountability; track progress against milestones.
• Coordinate work across Growth, Operations, Compliance, Recruiting, Implementation, Finance, Product, and Marketing.
• Identify and manage dependencies between teams; ensure handoffs are clearly defined and completed.
• Escalate unresolved issues, missed commitments, and resource constraints when needed.
• Provide concise weekly updates to executives; report milestones, priorities, risks, and decisions.
