Job summary

Rockline Industries is seeking a Project Manager I - CMS to lead cross-functional commercialization projects from concept to launch. You will coordinate plans, timelines, budgets, and manufacturing transitions, while ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer expectations.

The role emphasizes strong organizational, planning, and communication skills, with collaboration across Operations, R&D, Quality, Procurement, and Sales, including vendor and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of project management experience, or 4 years of relevant professional experience including 2 years of project management experience.
• Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Ability to lead cross functional teams and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Project or similar project management tools.
• Ability to analyze information, solve problems, and adapt to changing business needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross functional commercialization projects from concept through launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer expectations.
• Develop project plans, timelines, resource requirements, and budgets while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Coordinate product specifications, manufacturing trials, site transitions, artwork approvals, and product claims processes.
• Monitor project progress, communicate updates to stakeholders, and proactively identify and resolve risks or challenges.
• Facilitate supplier transitions, evaluate project outcomes, and drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and best practices.
