Job summary

TriMark USA in Irvine, CA is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives from discovery through rollout. This full-time, in-office/Hybrid role collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery and project success in a dynamic foodservice environment.

The ideal candidate has 6–8 years of PM experience, a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), and PMP certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military or practical experience.
• 6–8 years of Project Management or similar experience.
• PMP Certification preferred.
• Experience with restaurant equipment and/or foodservice is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with enterprise software.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing scope or direction.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand needs and provide resolution options.
• Develop technical acumen related to departmental functions and technologies.
• Conduct project meetings, presentations, and training sessions.
• Provide documented weekly project updates.
