Job summary

TriMark USA, LLC is seeking a Senior Designer who will lead advanced kitchen design projects in the foodservice sector. You will draft layouts, production drawings, and presentation materials while engaging clients and guiding a team of design professionals.

As a leader in our design group, you will mentor junior designers, manage drawings and project timelines, and contribute to project outcomes with a strategic approach and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 4 - 6 years of relevant experience, underscoring your commitment and deep expertise in the field, or equivalent Military or practical experience.
• Proficiency in advanced computer skills, including software such as Revit, Navisworks Manage, BIM360, Bluebeam, Smartsheet, AutoCAD, AutoQuotes, KCL, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Previous experience in the foodservice industry is required.
• Ability to successfully pass a background check post offer acceptance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide design teams on commercial kitchen projects and collaborate with senior designers.
• Utilize advanced software to improve design materials and project deliverables.
• Lead client meetings and manage project execution with strong engagement skills.
• Oversee drawings and project management to ensure accuracy and alignment with goals.
• Mentor teammates and foster a culture of learning and growth.
