Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent Military or practical experience.
• 15+ years in Project Management.
• Team management and leadership experience.
• Job Site and Construction experience.
• Sales or Sales Support experience.
• Ability to successfully pass a background check post offer acceptance.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations and ensure timely, accurate execution of departmental work.
• Oversee bid submissions, project negotiations, kick-off, setup, ordering, and closeout.
• Communicate clear expectations to customers.
• Monitor job costs to maximize profitability.
• Develop the team's ability to collaborate with stakeholders such as general contractors, engineers, project coordinators, sales staff, and executive management.
• Review deliverables prepared by the team before client submission.
• Collaborate with project managers to synchronize efforts among all project stakeholders.
• Promote synergy between designers, estimators, and project managers to minimize errors and enhance gross profit.
• Evaluate processes and implement changes to boost efficiency and profitability.
