Job summary

Western Union is seeking a highly organized Senior Analyst, Project Management to support Consumer to Business Payments initiatives. Based in NYC or willing to relocate, you will coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, Technology, Operations, Sales, Marketing and Compliance.

You will help drive execution, monitor progress, and deliver on program objectives with a strong emphasis on governance, reporting, and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 4+ years of experience in project management, program coordination, business operations, consulting, financial services, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience coordinating cross-functional projects and stakeholder activities, managing multiple priorities, and supporting performance monitoring.
• Experience maintaining project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, action item trackers, dashboards, scorecards, and status reports.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and action item trackers for C2B initiatives.
• Coordinate meetings, document decisions, communicate updates, monitor progress, and assist in developing status reports and executive updates.
• Identify opportunities to improve project management processes, tools, and operating procedures.
• Support development and maintenance of dashboards, scorecards, and performance reports.
• Gather, validate, and analyze business performance data and prepare monthly/quarterly business reviews.
