Job summary

Western Union is seeking a Senior Product Manager – USDPT to shape and execute the product strategy for its digital asset offerings, including USDPT issuance, digital wallets, and related services across the global network.

You will lead cross-functional teams across product, engineering, risk, and compliance to drive strategy, roadmap, and operational excellence, delivering secure, scalable, and customer-focused experiences in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management in financial services, payments, remittances, or digital asset products.
• 2+ years exposure to crypto, blockchain, stablecoins, tokenization, or DeFi.
• 2+ track record of launching products and driving operational improvements.
• Experience with risk management, controls, fraud prevention, and incident response.
• Strong technical acumen to work with engineering on APIs and blockchain integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy, vision, roadmap development, and execution across digital asset initiatives.
• Define requirements for digital payments, stablecoins, tokenization, and settlement solutions.
• Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Compliance, Risk, Legal, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams.
• Monitor product performance, manage issue resolution, and drive continuous improvements.
