Senior Manager, Account Management

The Senior Analyst Project Management leads and coordinates the activities of a project team for mid-sized projects, including research, analysis, documentation, design/develop testing, problem resolution, training, status reporting, implementation, and post-rollout review/audit. Creates process flows, develops and performs system testing, and analyzes solutions. Monitors and evaluates project progress, maintains project documentation and develops presentations for communication. Creates process flows and test cases, conducts testing, recognizes problem areas, analyzes solutions and makes recommendations for resolution. Work has some monetary impact on functional strategies. Position requires considerable evaluation, originality or ingenuity.
