Job summary

Zions Bancorporation’s Enterprise Technology and Operations team is seeking an experienced Project Manager to guide strategic transformation projects within the Treasury and Payments EPMO. You will lead end-to-end delivery across business, product, operations, tech, risk, and finance to achieve measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities include planning, budgeting, governance, stakeholder communications, and risk management across cross-functional teams and vendors to deliver modernization

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of progressive project management experience, preferably in banking/financial services.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex cross-functional initiatives from initiation to closure.
• Translate business strategies into integrated project plans with scope, milestones and budgets.
• Deliver executive-level reporting on project health, risks, and outcomes.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and resource needs.
• Develop and manage project budgets and forecasts.
• Maintain project artifacts to support governance and audits.
