Qualifications

10+ years in technology with leadership directing engineering or delivery teams.
Background in commercial banking, treasury management, or related tech.
Experience defining and delivering technology roadmaps aligned to business goals.
Proficiency with modern stacks, API-first design, cloud services, and microservices.

Responsibilities

Define multi-year technology roadmap for Commercial Banking portfolio.
Lead engineering teams in design, development, and integration of banking apps.
Oversee end-to-end technology delivery lifecycle and vendor management.
Ensure platform stability, security, and regulatory compliance.
Mentor and develop a high-performing engineering organization.
