Zions Bancorporation is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Treasury & Payments transformation initiatives in our in-office Midvale, UT center. You will drive end-to-end delivery across business, product, operations, tech, risk and finance, focusing on measurable business outcomes.

The role requires 6+ years PM experience in banking/FS, strong governance, and stakeholder management. In-office work 5 days/week with competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• 6+ years of progressive project management experience, preferably in banking/financial services.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Treasury Management, ACH, wires, APIs, or real-time payment solutions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, high-visibility initiatives through full project lifecycle with cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Translate strategies into integrated project plans with scope, milestones, dependencies, budgets, and success criteria.
• Deliver executive-level reporting on project health, finance, risks, and decisions.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, assumptions, constraints, and dependencies.
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and resource plans; support governance and audit requirements.
• Maintain project artifacts and approvals to support governance.
