Job summary

EagleBank is seeking a Project Manager II to lead high‑visibility initiatives that support technology modernization, business transformation, and regulatory priorities. You will partner with business leaders, technology teams, risk, vendors, and executives to drive delivery from concept through adoption.

The ideal candidate brings strong project management, change leadership, and vendor‑management experience within a regulated financial services environment.

Qualifications

• 6 years independently managing complex, cross‑functional projects through the full lifecycle.
• 3 years managing business transformation, operational improvement, or strategic initiatives.
• Experience coordinating third‑party vendors and managing external dependencies.
• Strong communication skills with executive stakeholders and governance committees.
• Experience in banking, financial services, or a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives through EagleBank’s project governance and delivery lifecycle.
• Plan, execute, and hand off projects from intake through closure.
• Define scope, objectives, benefits, deliverables, success measures, governance and decision rights.
• Manage risks, dependencies, budgets, resources, and communication plans.
• Present project status and options to sponsors, senior leaders, and governance committees.
• Coordinate vendor deliverables and cross‑functional teams across business and technology.
