Job summary

vTech Solution is seeking a Program Manager to lead a multi-division transition to a new banking partner. You will manage scope, timelines, and cross-functional collaboration across divisions and external partners to ensure successful deployment of new banking technologies.

Responsibilities include documenting detailed requirements, driving process changes, and maintaining schedule discipline while protecting confidentiality.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of program management, product ownership, or enterprise delivery experience.
• PMP certification is mandatory.
• Strong process reengineering and mapping expertise and cross-division leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead transition project to a new banking partner for seven divisions and related functions.
• Coordinate resources and deliverables across stakeholders including OCC and banking partner.
• Document comprehensive requirements for each division prior to deployment.
• Facilitate process changes to leverage new banking technology and improve revenue and cash management.
• Maintain on-time delivery by setting milestones and managing dependencies.
• Ensure alignment on schedule and project goals among all stakeholders.
• Lead high-visibility, multi-division technology modernization initiatives.
• Provide hands-on support to teams through significant process changes.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism throughout the project lifecycle.
