Job summary

Delta Dental of Minnesota, through Stratacor, a Delta Dental affiliate, seeks a senior Project Manager to lead company-wide initiatives and ensure scope, budget, timeline, and ROI targets are met. You will guide cross-functional IT and business teams, align with strategic goals, and report progress to senior leadership.

The role emphasizes end-to-end project development, stakeholder collaboration, and governance to deliver seamless solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of seven (7) years of project management experience.
• Five (5) years of managing increasingly complex projects.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Partners with clients and key stakeholders to define requirements, establish priorities and commit to realistic delivery dates.
• Oversees complete project lifecycle planning, risk resolution and progress reporting for audiences up to the executive level.
• Directs implementation teams to achieve rigorous standards for quality, service excellence and operational efficiency.
• Leads cross-regional, cross-functional teams to develop/implement new business initiatives.
• Ensures team execution directly aligns with business plan objectives and corporate strategy.
