Job summary

Stratacor, an affiliate of Delta Dental of Minnesota, is seeking an Engagement Coordinator to support the EVP CIO and manage internal and external engagement events.

You will coordinate calendars, travel, venues, communications, and attendee logistics, ensuring timely execution of initiatives and confidential materials handling. This role requires strong organizational skills and professional communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Four years of office experience required.
• Experience in community engagement or event planning preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate events and manage calendars for EVP CIO.
• Research, draft, and communicate with stakeholders.
• Arrange venues, catering, A/V, and transportation for events.
• Prepare agendas and presentations for executive initiatives.
• Maintain confidential materials and records.
• Develop an annual events calendar.
