Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams and deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will oversee project planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This role requires exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor projects from initiation to completion.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including IT, Operations, Marketing, Finance, and external vendors.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Track project milestones and provide regular status reports to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective resource utilization.
• Lead project meetings, stakeholder presentations, and progress reviews.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and quality requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize project management processes.
• Resolve conflicts, remove roadblocks, and maintain team productivity throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support organizational change management and user adoption for project deliverables.

Required Education

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
