Job summary

Delta Dental of Minnesota, with Stratacor, is seeking a Partner Engagement Specialist to support Medicaid and Medicare lines of business. You will manage a high volume of email, coordinate project tasks, and help implement process improvements while liaising with DHS, MCOs, and TPAs.

This role requires strong communication, organization, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment; travel to local clients is periodic, and benefits include comprehensive medical and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in business or related field; or equivalent work experience.
• 1+ years of experience in healthcare insurance.
• Experience researching and resolving customer inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Manager to research and resolve escalated items with timely follow-up.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Maintain functional process documentation.
• Review Government Programs networks and manage outreach with DHS/MCO partners.
• Collaborate with MCOs and TPAs for reports and incident research.
• Monitor monthly performance reports and ensure SLAs; develop corrective actions.
• Track benefit updates for Medicaid/Medicare lines.
• Coordinate with internal leaders and TPAs on client inquiries and training.
