Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of exempt experience; Master's Degree and 4 years of exempt experience acceptable.

• Strong communication, onboarding, and knowledge-sharing capabilities are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage operational aspects of ongoing projects, liaising between project management, planning, and line management.
• Review project status, budgets, schedules, and prepare status reports.
• Develop mechanisms to monitor progress and facilitate intervention and problem solving with stakeholders.
• Strengthen the division's training program, onboarding, and knowledge-sharing initiatives across 4,000+ employees.
• Support special projects coordinating key business units for networks migration or upgrades.
