Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of progressive experience; Master's Degree with 4 years of relevant experience.
• Apprentice School graduation in NNS program is preferred.
• NNPS graduate or equivalent nuclear/military education is advantageous.
• Experience with manufacturing, shipbuilding, or military environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects.
• Serves as liaison between project management, planning, and line management.
• Reviews project status, budgets, and schedules; prepares status reports.
• Develops resolutions to meet productivity and client-satisfaction goals.
