• Multiple paths recognized including military and high school routes with experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and manages operational aspects of ongoing projects.
• Acts as liaison between project management, planning, and line management.
• Reviews project status and budgets; manages schedules and reports.
• Develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals.
• Creates monitoring mechanisms for progress and intervention with teams.

Education

Bachelor's Degree with 10 years relevant exempt experience

Master’s Degree with 8 years relevant professional experience

NNS Apprentice School graduate

Navy Nuclear Power School (NNPS) graduate

Associate's Degree or 2-year program + 2 years exempt or 4 years non-exempt

Military Paygrade E-5 or above

High School/GED + 4 years manufacturing/shipbuilding/military exempt

High School/GED + 8 years manufacturing/shipbuilding/military non-exempt
