Job summary

HII Mission Technologies is seeking an experienced Project Management Analyst for a remote, full-time role focused on government contracting operations. You will oversee project tracking, financial analysis, and coordination across multiple programs, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and deliverables.

The ideal candidate brings DoD project management knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• 3 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 1 year relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 7 years relevant experience.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional team.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of DoD project management standards, risk management practices, and compliance requirements.
• Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management.
• Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports.
• Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
• Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.
• Prepare Project Monthly Status Reports (MSRs) and Biweekly reports for review and signoff.
• Subcontractor Management and coordination of travel, invoices, and accruals.
