HII Mission Technologies is seeking a Project Management Analyst to join our team supporting multiple programs. This remote position requires strong organizational skills, finance tracking, and cross-functional coordination to ensure mission success.

The ideal candidate will manage project schedules, prepare monthly status reports, and collaborate with government customers and subcontractors while maintaining DoD project management standards.

Formación

• 3 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 1 year relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 7 years relevant experience.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a cross‑functional team.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of DoD project management standards, risk management practices, and compliance requirements.
• Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees project operations and acts as liaison between PM, line managers, and clients.
• Reviews budgets, manages schedules, and prepares status reports.
• Develops mechanisms to monitor progress and address issues with stakeholders.
• Coordinate meetings with Program Manager and external customers.
• Enforce project operating rhythm and action-item tracking.
• Subcontractor actions, invoices, and travel requests coordination.
• Update MSRs and deliverables to project sites.
• Provide operational/programmatic support and briefing preparation.
