Job summary

Naval Nuclear Laboratory in Idaho Falls seeks a senior PM and Integration (PMI) Manager to lead the PMI Sub-division across NRF, Bettis and other sites. You will develop and maintain project management systems, drive planning, budgets, risk management, and communications with Naval Reactors and DMOs.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering or science and a track record managing large design/construction projects, plus PMP or equivalent certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical, engineering or science field and previous management experience; or Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience and previous management experience.
• Experience with large design/construction projects and cross-site coordination is preferred.
• Project management certifications (PMP or NNL PM Certification) are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project management systems and processes for SFHP, NEAP and IIER.
• Lead across Capital Projects to integrate efforts and drive decisions.
• Deliver and enhance tools for work planning, performance monitoring, and risk management.
• Coordinate planning and budgetary work products with Naval Reactors and DMOs.
• Foster leadership development and organizational productivity within SFHP personnel.
