Job summary

Naval Nuclear Laboratory seeks a PMI Sub-division Manager to provide strategic direction across SFHP, NEAP, and IIER projects. You will lead cross-site teams, shape planning processes, and deliver budgeting and performance reporting to Naval Reactors.

The role requires strong leadership, senior stakeholder engagement, and a track record of driving organizational goals within complex design and construction programs. U.S. citizenship and DOE-related compliance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science required; prior management experience or at least 4 years of relevant management-leaning experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project management systems and processes for SFHP, NEAP, and IIER.
• Lead multi-site PMI subdivision and coordinate with capital project stakeholders to drive planning and budget deliverables.
• Partner with senior managers and Naval Reactors personnel to steer strategic decisions and improve productivity.
