Naval Nuclear Laboratory in Idaho Falls seeks an Advisor Project Manager to lead major subcontract oversight within the ER program, interfacing with EPCM teams and Naval Reactors.

The role requires a solid grasp of project management principles and the ability to translate detailed performance data into high-level insights, with responsibility for strategic direction and stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience.
• Master's degree in a related field and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead major subcontract oversight teams and interface with EPCM counterparts.
• Report project status to management and Naval Reactors stakeholders.
• Provide leadership in project management tools and application, and in communications to audiences internal and external to the project.
• Assist management in establishing strategic direction for the individual projects and the unit as a whole.
