Job summary

The Naval Nuclear Laboratory in Idaho Falls seeks an advisor program manager to lead project management efforts across MSPs, including SFHP, NEAP and IIER. You will mentor control account managers, manage risk and cost estimation, and coordinate with senior leadership to tailor communications.

Candidates should have a bachelor's or master's in a related field with 10–12 years of experience, PMP or equivalent certification, and experience across multiple projects and directorates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field with 10–12 years of relevant experience.
• PMP or NNL Project Management Certification preferred.
• Experience applying PM principles including development of tools and processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, mentorship, and expertise in project management tools and application.
• Mentor control account managers on estimating costs, risks, and uncertainties.
• Partner with senior leadership to develop and influence strategic communications for projects.
• Support strategic direction for multiple MSPs and the PMI subdivision.
