Job summary

Naval Nuclear Laboratory is seeking a Project Manager to join the Network and Testing Infrastructure (NTI) subdivision. You will help plan and execute infrastructure and IT projects supporting I&C systems on submarines and aircraft carriers.

Responsibilities include portfolio prioritization, execution monitoring, budgeting support, and cross-team coordination. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience managing medium to large scale IT projects.
• Experience with portfolio management frameworks, methodologies, or tools.
• Experience with developing or using project planning tools (Primavera, Jira, MS Project).
• Certification: NNL PMCP or PMP or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain an approach to actively manage the subdivision's work portfolio.
• Prioritize based on mission need, resources, risk, and dependencies.
• Monitor execution via metrics and maintain strong stakeholder engagement.
