Modern Campus seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead complex customer implementations and Professional Services engagements. You will provide delivery leadership across multiple teams and executive stakeholders, guiding priority decisions and risk mitigation.

You will mentor Project Managers, drive continuous improvement, and leverage AI to enhance planning, governance, and delivery effectiveness in a remote-first workplace.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience within software, SaaS, or Professional Services.
• Experience leading complex customer implementations.
• Strong governance, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Experience mentoring Project Managers or leading delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex customer implementation projects from planning through successful completion.
• Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
• Own project scope, schedule, budget, governance, quality, and customer communications.
• Coordinate delivery across Functional Consulting, Technical Consulting, Digital Experience, Quality Assurance, Product, and Customer Success.
• Facilitate project governance meetings, steering committees, and executive updates.
• Mentor Project Managers and support continuous improvement across Project & Program Management.
• Leverage AI to improve project planning, governance, communication, and delivery effectiveness.
• Contribute to improving project management standards and customer delivery practices.

What’s the role?

Modern Campus is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead complex customer implementations and Professional Services engagements while helping strengthen project delivery across the organization.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading customer implementations, solving delivery challenges, mentoring project managers, and improving how Professional Services delivers successful customer outcomes.

As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll lead complex customer implementations while providing delivery leadership across multiple teams and customer stakeholders.

You’ll:

• Lead complex customer implementation projects from planning through successful completion.
• Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
• Own project scope, schedule, budget, governance, quality, and customer communications.
• Coordinate delivery across Functional Consulting, Technical Consulting, Digital Experience, Quality Assurance, Product, and Customer Success.
• Facilitate project governance meetings, steering committees, and executive updates.
• Mentor Project Managers and support continuous improvement across Project & Program Management.
