Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in or related to Mechanical, Electrical, Process, Industrial, OR Automation Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience with 2-D drawings and 3-D models is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide deadlines for different stages throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participate in meetings to announce schedule or budget changes.
• Delegate tasks to team members.
• Make effective changes when faced with multiple progress options.
• Perform quality control to maintain project standards.
• Evaluate scope of supply at order placement and elaborate customer time schedules.
• Analyze customer inquiries and prepare supplementary quotes.
• Prepare quotes for RFQ and SOW, coordinating with stakeholders.
• Coordinate project involvement of key persons and stakeholders.
• Lead program review meetings with customers.
• Release internal job orders for customer orders.
• Manage project costs with a cost book.
• Support runoff tasks with customer coordination and checklists.
