Job summary

GROB Systems, Inc. in Bluffton, OH seeks a project installation coordinator to create and maintain detailed installation timing schedules and to drive deadlines across project stages.

You will participate in team meetings, manage on-site issues, and support changes when options arise, ensuring customer time schedules are met. The role requires technical knowledge in mechanical design, GD&T and AutoCAD proficiency, plus strong communication and leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred in Industrial/Manufacturing Technology, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Technology or relevant experience.
• Proficient use of AutoCAD (2012 and higher).
• Knowledge of mechanical design and GD&T.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain installation timing schedules.
• Provide the team with deadlines for different stages of installation.
• Participate in meetings to answer questions and announce schedule or budget changes.
• Maintain an open issues list tracking on-site project issues.
• Support making effective changes when faced with multiple options.
• Elaboration of customer time schedules.
• Project installation review meetings with the customer.
