Job summary

TE Connectivity Ltd. is seeking a highly organized Project Manager III to lead complex customer projects from kickoff to completion in a fast-paced environment. You will partner with customers and internal teams to plan, execute, and govern projects, ensuring on-time delivery and value realization.

This role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, risk management, and continuous improvement, with broad exposure to commercial and operational performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management, customer delivery, professional services, operations, or a related environment.
• Proven experience leading customer-facing projects with responsibility for scope, schedule, risk management, and stakeholder communications.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence outcomes without direct authority.
• Understanding of project financials, change management, forecasting, and commercial project controls.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Customer Projects: serve as primary contact from kickoff to closeout and manage milestones.
• Drive Project Execution: translate requirements into actionable plans and manage scope, schedules, risks.
• Manage Commercial Performance: monitor financials, forecasts, billing milestones, and commitments.
• Mitigate Risks: identify obstacles, drive timely resolution, escalate critical issues when needed.
• Deliver Visibility: provide updates and maintain schedules, dashboards, and governance artifacts.
• Improve Processes: capture lessons learned and implement best practices for future projects.
