Job summary

TE Connectivity seeks a Senior Manager to drive business transformation operations within its Digital Center of Excellence. You will translate strategy into scalable execution, leading blueprint readiness, portfolio governance, and performance measurement across enterprise initiatives.

The role requires a track record of leading large-scale transformations, cross-functional collaboration, and change-management excellence to accelerate adoption of digital capabilities and operating models.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field is required; MBA is preferred.
10+ years in digital operations, business transformation, program management, or consulting.
Proven success leading large-scale transformation and operating-model programs.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and adjust to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

Partner with the Director of Digital Operations Governance to execute strategic priorities.
Lead transformation initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness and adoption of new digital capabilities.
Standardize business processes across Blueprint and strategic initiatives.
Own the Blueprint Process Workstream: readiness, change, and harmonization.
Develop change management strategies to accelerate future-state adoption.
Oversee COE intake and portfolio management; coach the Business Operations Manager.
Collaborate with Data Governance to evolve data governance and continuous improvement.
