Job summary

Holt Brothers Construction seeks a Project Executive to lead a portfolio of projects, teams, and client relationships. The role drives strategic direction, performance, safety, and quality across multiple sites.

Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will oversee staffing, preconstruction planning, risk management, and JV governance, while championing Integrity, Community and Innovation in every decision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred with 15+ years of progressive construction leadership.
• 5+ years directly managing people in a construction setting.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Training or willingness to obtain within 6 months.
• Executive presence with strong business development capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for personnel, projects, and client relationships.
• Oversee P&L performance and financial risk within the portfolio.
• Lead preconstruction planning, buyouts, and major contract terms.
• Serve as executive sponsor for JV projects and governance.
• Mentor staff and conduct portfolio-level talent reviews.
