Holt Brothers, Inc. seeks an Assistant Project Manager to bridge project engineering and full PM duties. The role focuses on smaller projects or major scope segments from preconstruction to closeout, with client contact and financial responsibilities under a PM.

You will own schedules, manage risks, lead subcontractors, and participate in OAC meetings while supporting budgeting and cost projections. The position combines office and active site work in the construction field.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with construction project experience.
• Experience in scheduling, cost tracking, and document control on construction projects.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; ability to read drawings and specs.

Responsabilidades

• Independently manage a smaller project or major scope within a larger project.
• Own the project schedule and proactively manage critical path risks.
• Lead subcontractor buyout, coordination, and performance management.
• Prepare for and lead Owner-Architect-Contractor meetings.
• Support budget tracking, forecasting, and monthly cost reporting.
