Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field with 7–10 years PM experience.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Training or willingness to obtain within 6 months.
• Ability to supervise and develop project engineers and junior PMs.

Responsibilities

• Own full project delivery: budget, schedule, scope, quality, and risk from preconstruction through closeout.
• Serve as primary client contact and accountability to ownership group.
• Negotiate prime/subcontract terms, changes, and payments.
• Lead meetings and drive issue resolution with project team.
