Job summary

Holt Brothers Construction, a Carolina-based, award-winning full-service firm, seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead a portfolio of large projects in Operations. You will guide Project Managers and engineers, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery while advising clients and stakeholders.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on oversight, and the ability to manage budgets, schedules, and JV relationships across multiple projects in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in CM, Eng, Arch, or related field with 10–13 years' relevant experience.
• Includes 3+ years as a Project Manager.
• Or 15+ years leadership without a degree with PM track record.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Training or willingness to obtain within 6 months.
• Willingness to comply with safety requirements.
• PPE compliance (hard hat, vest, glasses, gloves, boots) as needed.
• CPR/First Aid certs or willingness to obtain.
• Strong understanding of construction methods and materials.
• Read drawings and specs; manage JV governance and reporting.
• Proficient CM software: Procure, Bluebeam, MS Project; MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of multiple projects, ensuring budget, schedule, and quality objectives are met.
• Set standards for project execution and documentation across the portfolio.
• Lead pre-construction planning and buyout strategy for major projects.
• Mentor and evaluate Project Managers and engineers within the team.
• Maintain senior-level client relationships and pursue new work.
• Monitor JV partnerships, governance, and reporting across projects.
