Job summary

Holt Construction Corp. is seeking a Project Executive to lead operations for the New York City business unit, overseeing construction, project management and administration.

You will mentor staff, develop BU strategy and ensure profitability and growth across projects. The role requires a BS in construction management and at least fifteen years of progressive construction experience, with strong leadership, budgeting and risk management skills.

Qualifications

• BS degree in construction management or equivalent.
• Minimum 15 years progressive construction experience.
• Strong knowledge of CM processes, means and methods.
• Excellent leadership, communication and budgeting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the BU's profit and loss and drive yearly growth.
• Develop client relationships and win repeat business.
• Prepare monthly BU executive summaries for the DO.
• Review performance against budget, schedule and staffing.
• Oversee project procurement, changes and cost reporting.
• Foster safety-focused culture across all projects.
