Job summary
Grundfos in Brookshire, Texas is seeking a Project Execution & Engineering Leader to provide strategic and operational leadership for the Project Execution & Engineering organization, developing people, strengthening cross-functional alignment, and driving project excellence across our modular systems portfolio.
The role requires 15+ years in sales/engineering, 7+ years of people leadership, hands-on SAP experience, and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Industrial Engineering; an MBA
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Industrial Engineering.
- 15+ years of sales/engineering experience, preferably in pump/modular systems.
- 7+ years of people leadership in manufacturing or ETO environments.
- Hands-on SAP experience for project tracking, BOM management, and order fulfillment.
Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and mentor project managers and engineers with clear expectations.
- Provide senior-level oversight of the project portfolio and ensure objectives are met.
- Align execution priorities with business strategy through cross-functional partnership.
- Establish governance standards and scalable processes to improve cycle time and predictability.
- Evaluate capacity and staffing needs to build long-term capability.
- Serve as escalation point for complex customer issues and cross-functional decisions.
