GRUNDFOS in Brookshire, Texas is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to drive efficiency and quality across machining, tooling, and production processes. You will lead projects that reduce costs, improve lead times, and support Grundfos Ignite '27 and US initiatives.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, 10+ years in manufacturing engineering, and strong CNC, SAP/ERP/MRP proficiency. On-site work; relocation not offered; visa sponsorship not available.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Manufacturing.
10+ years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, or Production.
Proficiency with CNC programming/editing and machining fundamentals.
Strong proficiency with SAP/ERP/MRP systems and PC-based tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

Lead manufacturing engineering projects to improve quality, reduce costs, and shorten lead times across production processes.
Plan and execute tooling, fixture requirements, and workspace layouts for maximum efficiency in the machine shop.
Establish routings and standards for new and modified engineered parts while maintaining setup sheets for all standard jobs.
Implement lean manufacturing processes, 5S initiatives, and GPS improvements through Kaizen events.
Participate in cross-functional teams including EH&S, Quality, and Audit Committees, delivering well-analyzed proposals to leadership.
Monitor daily production activities for accuracy and performance, providing training and corrective action to meet quality objectives.
