Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Strategy, or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, continuous improvement, or business strategy.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional projects with senior leadership.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and AI tools such as Copilot.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the plant's strategic deployment process, tracking KPIs and milestone progress.
• Support Regional Operations Director and Plant Leadership with high-priority projects.
• Lead planning and execution of visits to external stakeholders.
• Develop internal communications and visual storytelling.
• Create executive PowerPoint presentations and leverage AI to automate reporting.
• Support Lean, GPS and Continuous Improvement with EHS alignment.
