Job summary

Highwire in New York, NY is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex client programs at the intersection of account ownership and production across marketing, creative, and content deliverables.

You will partner with account leads and specialists to define delivery frameworks, manage budgets, timelines, and risks while keeping clients informed and engaged. A 7+ year agency background and PMP/CAPM are preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience in an agency setting.
• Experience delivering digital marketing, creative and content deliverables.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; PMP/CAPM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee intersection of account ownership and production to ensure seamless delivery.
• Lead timelines, briefs, and client communications with account leads.
• Plan staffing, budgets, and risk management across multi-channel projects.
• Implement templated processes and optimize cross-functional workflows.
