Job summary

Hunt Electric seeks a Project Delivery Manager to oversee preparation and transition of awarded projects to execution teams in a manufacturing setting. This role bridges project and production, driving execution strategies to meet timelines and budgets, reporting to the Vice President of Manufacturing and directing a team of Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, construction management, or a related field
• 10+ years in project management within electrical contracting or construction
• 5+ years in a leadership role
• Experience driving accountability and cross‑department alignment
• Certifications in electrical work or safety management are a plus

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning and Innovation: drive strategic plans and initiatives to grow the business
• Leadership and Development: manage Project Managers and cross‑functional teams
• Business Development Interactions: align with BD on large projects and transition details to execution
• Project Management Interactions: develop execution strategies and scheduling best practices
• Client and Stakeholder Engagement: ensure clear communication of goals and timelines
• Budget and Resource Management: monitor profitability, budgets, and resource planning
