Job summary

Hunt Electric is seeking a Project Manager – Limited Energy to oversee electrical/low-voltage construction projects from planning through closeout. You will coordinate with internal teams, customers, architects, and subcontractors to deliver on-time, within budget, and to company quality standards.

You will manage labor forecasts, procurement, billing support, risk mitigation, and final turnover documentation while maintaining strong customer relationships for future opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of related experience in electrical or limited energy.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, labor coordination, procurement, and project financial management.
• Experience coordinating with field leaders, customers, subcontractors, and internal departments throughout the life of a project.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; highly organized and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate handoff and pre-planning activities with estimating, sales, design, engineering, and other internal teams.
• Develop, maintain, and update project schedules based on customer requirements and construction progress.
• Perform labor forecasting and update labor projections throughout the project life cycle.
• Establish and maintain relationships with customers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Manage budgets, change orders, RFIs, and procurement to ensure financial health.
• Lead project kickoff meetings and ensure safe, quality delivery and turnover.
