You will manage resources, timelines, and budgets, lead cross-functional teams, and coordinate with vendors and customers to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery. ISO-9001 experience and strong communication are essential, with 5–7 years in related roles.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Project Manager delivering complex projects in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong organizational and planning skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives.
• Thorough understanding of manufacturing practices and their impact on project activities.
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills; effective stakeholder management.
• Experience with ISO-9001 environments and project management software.
• Electrical industry experience is a plus.
• 5–7 years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead crossfunctional teams to execute manufacturing projects.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Create preliminary schedules to provide lead times using just-in-time principles.
• Coordinate vendors, customers, and service providers.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Process drawings and specifications; oversee project compliance.
• Manage change orders and billings; monitor costs and reporting.
• Read and forecast cost reports to assess schedule and cost status.
• Communicate with all stakeholders to resolve delivery or payment disputes.
