Hunt Electric, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Project Manager to oversee projects from bidding through final construction. You will ensure compliance with drawings, specs, and contracts while delivering excellent customer service and building strong internal and external relationships.

The role requires knowledge of electrical construction, cost control, and vendor coordination. This full-time position offers a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities in Colorado.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience with electrical project installation.
• Two years’ experience/knowledge of electrical construction, design, finance, and management.
• Licensed electrician or strong electrical construction background.
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to apply innovative management techniques to maximize employee performance.

Responsibilities

• Bid, takeoff and prepare cost estimates.
• Prepare preconstruction budgets and scheduling.
• Process drawings, submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
• Coordinate, manage, and communicate with vendors; resolve submittals, delivery, labor, schedule and payment disputes.
• Monitor project costs, materials, and labor; report progress and cash flow.
• Lead project meetings and ensure compliance with contract documents.
• Learn estimation for large-scale electrical projects.
