Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Project Cost Administrator to join our team in a dynamic, growth-oriented culture. You will coordinate contract reviews, set up new projects in Spectrum, review and control costs, assist with monthly forecasts, and support progress billings with project managers.

Your role requires strong financial analysis, attention to detail, and collaboration across departments to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience.
• 3 years bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• 3 years project cost accounting.
• 2 years in a construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate contract legal reviews and signatures.
• Books new projects and change orders, notifies stakeholders.
• Monitor job costs and provide feedback for timely decisions.
• Assist with monthly project billings and minimize unbilled revenue.
• Review invoices for accuracy and correct GL codes.
